SMS Program Disclosures

Program Description

OpsHero, Inc. (“OpsHero,” “we,” “us”) provides two-way customer support and service communications via SMS for users of our AI automation platform. This is NOT a marketing program — messages are limited to support responses, requested information, and service updates.

How to Opt In

You may opt in to receive SMS messages from OpsHero through either of the following methods:

A. Inbound Text

You text OpsHero's published phone number. By sending the first message, you provide express consent to receive SMS replies related to your inquiry. Full program disclosures including opt-in details, message types, frequency, opt-out instructions, and links to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy are publicly posted on this page.

B. Phone Call with Double Opt-In

During a phone call, you verbally request that information be sent via text. When that happens:

  1. You verbally request SMS follow-up during a call with OpsHero.
  2. Our system sends a confirmation text: “OpsHero: Reply YES to confirm you want texts about your request (support + requested links). Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Msg&data rates may apply.”
  3. You must reply YES before any additional messages are sent.

Consent is not a condition of purchase. You are never required to opt in to SMS to use OpsHero's products or services.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your requests, typically 1–5 messages per request or conversation thread. Messaging is non-recurring unless you continue the conversation by sending additional messages.

Message Types

Messages you may receive include:

  • Support responses to your inquiries
  • Discovery session links
  • Requested resource links
  • Appointment confirmations
  • Service status updates

Opt-Out

You can opt out at any time by replying with any of the following keywords:

STOP · UNSUBSCRIBE · QUIT · CANCEL · END

Opt-out requests are processed immediately. You will receive a final confirmation message: “OpsHero: You've been unsubscribed. No more messages will be sent. Reply START to re-subscribe.” No further SMS messages will be sent after that.

Help

Reply HELP at any time for assistance. You will receive: “OpsHero: For help, visit https://opshero.ai/sms or email support@opshero.ai. Msg frequency varies. Msg&data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out.”

Cost

Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier and plan. OpsHero does not charge for SMS messages, but standard carrier rates apply.

Privacy

We do not share, sell, rent, or disclose your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Supported Carriers

Major US carriers are supported including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
